DOE Launches High Efficiency Windows Volume Purchase Program
On May 27, the Department of Energy announced the launch of the Highly-Insulating R-5 Windows and Low-e Storm Windows Volume Purchase Program. The initiative will connect builders and others who are looking to purchase large volumes of windows with more than 30 pre-cleared manufacturers and by setting performance expectations for two new types of energy efficient windows.
